M. GALE & ASSOCIATES CELEBRATES 2 MILESTONES… 10 YEARS IN BUSINESS, A NEW HOME IN FORT WORTH

(April 23,2019 – Fort Worth, TX) – M. Gale & Associates today kicked off its tenth year of serving nonprofit organizations in North Texas with the grand opening of its new home at 3000 Race Street in Fort Worth. M. Gale provides insightful, implementable philanthropic strategies to a wide variety of nonprofit organizations to help them realize their full potential.

For the past decade, M. Gale has partnered with nonprofits large and small, on various aspects of their fundraising initiatives. The company’s first major client engagement was a feasibility study and management of a capital campaign to raise money to renovate and upgrade Camp El Tesoro in Granbury, Texas, for the Camp Fire First Texas. Today, M. Gale continues to work with a variety of nonprofits including Texas Health Resources, the San Antonio Museum of Art and Arlington Life Shelter.

“Working for a large nonprofit early in my career, I was able to tap into the expertise of the consultants with whom we worked and I realized that by forming a philanthropy consulting firm, I could bring a really talented group of people together so we could collectively help smaller nonprofits achieve their goals and deliver on their missions,” says Missy Gale, president of M. Gale & Associates.

“Over the past ten years, we have had the opportunity and great fortune to work with some really incredible organizations on projects big and small. It’s been a blessing to us because the wonderful and beautiful thing about philanthropy is that while you are giving, you are receiving. We’re grateful for what we’ve received from working with these organizations.”

With the opening of its new office, M. Gale & Associates is proud to be a part of the Six Points Race Street community.  Race Street is located just northeast of downtown Fort Worth and is part of an urban redevelopment and revitalization project called Six Points Race Street which has recently received an urban walkable place designation through Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at The George Washington University.

The physical office space allows us to collaborate and develop a team who can consistently develop, sustain and deliver high quality, innovative, strategic philanthropic services to our clients,” says Gale.  “Our new home really represents our guiding philosophy when working with clients…partnering and collaborating to create a dynamic, success-driven team. As a firm, we focus on helping our clients utilize the tools available to them to strengthen their organizations.”

The Secret Remedy for Fundraising Exhaustion

The first quarter of 2019 nonprofit fundraising is in the rear view mirror and special events are in season. The finish line never ends. Today is your day and your mountain of work is waiting for you.

But there’s hope.

Because sharing and caring is at the heart of what you do everyday serving the nonprofit sector, taking time to connect with coworkers and other professionals will feed your soul.

I’m reminded of the power of relationships by just having wrapped up a fast-paced three-day AFP International Conference, my feet are tired but my brain is on fire.

I’m inspired by the brain power of mighty thought leaders that challenge our conventional way of thinking and by the new professionals just entering the world of our craft who are eager to put their talents to use and leave the world a better place.

From topics like donor centricity to donor dominance, and using artificial intelligence to anticipate a donors’ every need, I learned that our sector and our daily lives are filled with navigating complexity in a rapidly changing marketplace.

We fundraisers and nonprofit professionals do it willingly, with gusto for the causes we cherish.

The simple formula for success is having people alongside you who will lift you up when you are down or push you to do better. It is priceless. That’s why I pulled out my iPhone with intention to load up my calendar and connect with my mentors, mentees and reach out of my comfort zone to initiate new connections.

For the better part of 35 years I’ve never stopped learning from colleagues and love making new friends along the way,  It helps me remember why we do what we do.

I hope to see you at the DFW Philanthropy Conference on Wednesday, May 29th when hundreds of local professionals gather at the Irving Convention Center. Come by and visit the M. Gale & Associates booth because I’d love to hear your secret remedy for fundraising fatigue with me.

Let’s lift the fog of fatigue together.

M. Gale & Associates has opened an office at 3000 Race Street in Fort Worth!

Here I am, standing in front of a one-story brick building at 3000 Race Street in northeast Fort Worth, staring through the front windows at the wall displaying a shiny new logo…M Gale & Associates. Many thoughts come to mind. A new home. A new team. A new way of working. A vibrant new neighborhood. All pointing to an exciting new future.

After working virtually for more than ten years, why did I decide to move into a physical office space? Afterall, we’ve been able to successfully serve many organizations throughout north Texas including Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Arlington, and Denton, as well as surrounding states through a virtual office and business model utilizing non profit and fundraising expert consultants.  The answer is simple – to work better together. A physical office environment allows us to collaborate and develop a team who can consistently develop, sustain and deliver high quality, innovative, strategic philanthropic services to our clients.

Our new home really represents our guiding philosophy when working with clients…partnering and collaborating to create a dynamic, success-driven team. As a firm, we focus on helping our clients utilize the tools available to them to strengthen their organizations.

I fervently support a professional work environment that recognizes professionals based on their contributions and honors them as individuals who require a work/life balance to be authentic and achieve their personal goals.  Recognizing the human need for all types of relationships – personal and work related – I believe teams need a place to be together, to know and trust one another and feed off of one another’s passions and expertise to build better together.

Gale & Associates business model today involves both a professional employed team and a strong team of experts in nonprofit fundraising and management who contract with us to help deliver services. The “office” gives us a place to come together anytime. Technology also allows us to conference in or be together virtually.  We utilize both inperson and virtual communication tools every day.

With the opening of our new office, M. Gale & Associates is proud to be a part of the Six Points Race Street community.  Race Street is located just northeast of downtown Fort Worth and is part of an urban redevelopment and revitalization project called Six Points Race Street which has recently received an urban walkable place designation through Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at The George Washington University

We invite you to visit our new home and catch the spirit of enthusiasm that is at the heart of M Gale.
